“Learning is not attained by chance; it must be sought for with ardor and diligence.” This was proved once again when the dynamic students of KENENDY HIGH the global school, congregated on 8 February, 2019 to present their ideas in the 5th segment of ‘Ignite’, the annual Science and Skills Expo, at KENNEDY HIGH the global school, Hyderabad.

The Pre-Primary and Primary CBSE classrooms resonated with the joyful sounds of students’ exuberance and enthusiasm. ‘Ignite’ is a unique platform where students, parents, and teachers collaborate to present a Student-Led Expo. Students use various innovative and creative ideas to explain various concepts through practical and real-time application models. The uniqueness of this program lies in its imaginative presentation. Each and every topic covered under the CBSE curricula is given a creative variation, which makes the event hugely engaging and educational.

The Chairman and Principal interacted with the young presenters and were delighted with their conceptual clarity and adroitness. Children articulated every response with confidence, sharpened their presentation and public speaking skills and displayed immense patience and control as they interacted with hundreds of parents and were willing to answer all their questions with alacrity.

‘Ignite-5’, like its predecessors, was an intellectually stimulating event, bringing out the best skills out of our students.
