The students of KENNEDY HIGH the global school participated and brought laurels in the various events organized by Sakshi TV channel in the Academic Year 2018-19. The two major events conducted by the Sakshi TV group were, the Sakshi Math Bee and the Sakshi Spell Bee Championship. Around 2000 students from both CBSE and Cambridge wing participated in these events. These events were state level events in which, over 15,000 students across various schools throughout Telangana participated. The students of KHGS left no stone unturned to prove their mettle. In the Math Bee event 6 students across various categories made it to the final round and Kanuv Singhal of class IV-E bagged the first prize, a cash reward of Rs. 15,000/- and Likith Jalli of class II-C won the second prize, a cash reward of Rs. 10,000/- respectively.

In the spell bee event 14 students across the 4 categories made it to the final round and Atharv Mishra of class II-B bagged the first prize, a cash reward of Rs. 15,000/- in category 1, Anush Gudimetla of class IV-C, stood second with a cash reward of Rs. 10,000/-, Himaja .D of class IV-F stood third with a cash reward of Rs. 5,000/- in category 2 and Adyasha Acharya of class VII-I stood third with a cash reward of Rs. 5,000/- in category 3 respectively.

The semi-finals of Sakshi Spell Bee was also conducted in the school premises on 30December 2018, where 700 students across Telangana participated and few made it to the finals.

KHGS was awarded as the ‘Best Performing School’ throughout Telangana state for the commendable performance in the Sakshi Spell Bee, thereby proving that perseverance and dedication combined with positive thinking results in success.
