Indigenous games
This game is a strategic, two player game that is played in South India. The game is asymmetric because in that one player control three tigers and the other player controls up to 15 lambs / goats. The tiger ‘hunts’ the goats while the goats attempt to block the tiger’s movements.We conducted this ancient game in our institution, Kennedy high the global school.This game helps kids to develop strategy and concept of teamwork by teaching that even though weak if united, one can vanquish the stranger enemy as a team. In Tamil this is called Aadu Puli Attam (Goat Tiger Games), Puli – Meka(Goat Tiger Game) in Telugu and HuliGhatta (Goat Tiger Game) in Kannadiga.
