An in-house workshop on Gender Sensitivity was conducted in the school premises to sensitize teachers towards gender related issues. The main focus was on creating an environment of gender equality where each gender has an equal opportunity to participate in decision-making leading to empowerment. It was an interactive session peppered with games, role-play and question-answers which made the learning experience not only enjoyable but enriching too.
